2) I require many copies of my CD/DVD, your online ordering system limit is 50. What should I do?
printacd.com is a personalisation service aimed at very low run orders. Should you require bigger runs please contact us at Wicked Promo Ltd - tel: 21424657 or drop us a email - sales@wickedpromo.com We can handle any size of order, including duplication and replication.

3) I require content to be placed on my DVD - would you be able to help?

4) Delivery Service - Is Delivery included in the price?
The listed prices on our website are inclusive of free delivery to Malta and Gozo. At the moment delivery is restricted to the Maltese Islands. No orders are being processed by printacd.com. International Orders are only processed by Wicked Promo ltd.

5) Can I order different CD/DVD faces?
Yes it is possible to order different CDs with different CD faces. Each CD face will need to be ordered separately.

6) Do listed prices include VAT?
Yes listed prices include 18% VAT

7) Payment - what payment options do you offer?
We offer two payment options. We recommend PayPal as the online payment solution for your order. Should you not wish to pay by PayPal we will accept payment by cheque. When paying by PayPal we will start processing the order immediately and post within 24hours. In the case of payment by cheque we will need to wait for receipt and clearance of the cheque prior to commencing the order production.

8) Can I order additional work such as packaging, printing of sleeves or shrink wrapping?
We can offer you all these services, but through wickedpromo.com - please call us on 21424657 to discuss your requirements.

9) What Finish will my CD have?
The CD/DVD media used is "Grade A" printable CD media. The CD surface is printed in full colour, photo quality due ink print. The printed CD is then laminated ensuring full protection of the CD Face, making the CD scratch-proof and water-proof. The CD/DDV will be shipped blank (without content) to the client.
